I started Headwater Holdings with a simple mandate: acquire a high-quality business and provide it a permanent home. My focus is stepping into an owner-operator role, partnering with owners seeking a transition, and bringing hands-on, daily leadership to carry the business forward.
With prior experience in middle-market M&A advisory and private equity, I have worked directly alongside dozens of business founders and management teams. That experience taught me how to analyze and strengthen businesses, but more importantly, it taught me to respect the dedication required to build one.
Built around a patient, long-term approach, Headwater is designed for business continuity and sustainable growth. I will be the hands-on, day-to-day leader of the company—focusing on continuous operational improvement, supporting existing employees, and respecting the foundation you've built.
Northeast Ohio is home. My wife and I live on the east side of Cleveland and are deeply invested in this region. I am currently focused full-time on finding a business to guide through a successful transition and invest in for the future.
